Important Information for Applicants
We are committed to conducting a fair and transparent recruitment process. To ensure the highest standards, we have outlined the following important guidelines for all applicants:
- No Fees Policy: Adeta does not charge any fees at any stage of the recruitment process, including application submission, interviews, or job offers. If anyone requests payment, please consider it fraudulent and report it to us immediately.
- Right to Work Checks: All offers of employment are subject to satisfactory proof of right to work in the UK. Adeta will conduct right-to-work checks as part of the pre-employment process, in line with UK Home Office requirements.
- Shortlisting and Interviews: Only applicants who can clearly demonstrate how they meet the specific role requirements will be shortlisted for interview.
- Communication: We will communicate with all applicants via email. Please ensure that you regularly check your email, including your spam/junk folder. If you have not received a response within a reasonable timeframe, you may assume that you have not been shortlisted.
- Pre-Employment Checks: As part of our safe recruitment practice, comprehensive pre-employment checks will be conducted prior to any appointment. Depending on the nature of the role, a Criminal Records Check (DBS) may be required. All cases of criminal record history will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Confidentiality and Data Protection: All information provided during the application process will be treated in strict confidence and processed in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Your data will only be retained for the purpose of processing your application and, if successful, for the duration of your employment.
- Visa Sponsorship: Adeta is a licensed sponsor under the UK Home Office’s Skilled Worker Route. If you require visa sponsorship, your application will be considered alongside domestic candidates in line with the Resident Labour Market Test. A Certificate of Sponsorship will only be issued if no suitably qualified settled worker is available to fill the role.
- Accessibility and Adjustments: We are committed to providing an inclusive and accessible recruitment process. If you require any reasonable adjustments during the application or interview process due to a disability, please let us know.
- Equal Opportunities and Diversity: Adeta is an equal opportunities employer. We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment. We welcome applications from all qualified individuals regardless of gender, race, nationality, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, or age.
- Employment Contracts: All employment contracts are issued under Agenda for Change Terms and Conditions. Roles are subject to appropriate job matching or evaluation processes where applicable.
- Unsuccessful Applications: If you do not meet the specific criteria for the role or any regulatory requirements, your application will be automatically rejected. If you have not heard from us after the closing date, you should assume your application was unsuccessful.
We appreciate your interest in joining Adeta. If you believe you have the skills and passion to make a difference, we would be delighted to hear from you.
